Maharani is a study in quiet opulence — a heart of rose, warmed by saffron and brightened with green cardamom. Inspired by the the Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Breeze, in Jaipur, India, this dough glows peachy pink as the famed sandstone palace at sunset. It is finished with delicate flecks of real saffron, each batch subtly unique.

Handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, non-toxic ingredients. Best enjoyed within one month of purchase. Store in a cool place; may be rehydrated with water indefinitely.
